HOW IT WORKS

1. ONBOARDING

Once you’ve signed up, you will be required to fill in an in-depth lifestyle, fitness & nutrition questionnaire. This is crucial for me to be able to create a programme that works for you. You will also receive an online welcome packet that will include further information about the service, your coach, terms & conditions, and other fundamental aspects of the programme.

2. CONSULTATION CALL

Given that you qualify, we will have a 30 minute consultation call where we will discuss the information on your onboarding form. I will also explain the structure of the programme and how it works. I will also summarise your workout and nutrition plan so you have an idea of what is expected and required of you to obtain the results you seek.

2. WELCOME VIDEO

I will send you an in-depth video discussing every aspect of the programme; ultimately how it works. I will also summarise your workout and nutrition plan so you have an idea of what is expected and required of you to obtain the results you seek.

3. BESPOKE WORKOUT PLAN

You will not be fed generic ‘one-fits all’ workout plan. It took me two surgeries, countless injuries and further adversities to understand how crucial a good workout programming is for improving your physique, fitness, health & wellbeing. Taking my knowledge and experience into account, you will be provided a bespoke workout plan that is research-based to help you become learner, stronger and athletic! A programme that is well structured to help you achieve your goals.

4. NUTRITION COACHING

You will be provided with calories and macros that suits your needs and goals. We will dig deeper into diagnosing and working on the root causes of your eating habits and food choices. You will learn what, when and how to eat to reach your goals without feeling guilty or restricted! and plenty of delicious recipes and informational guides will also be provided.

5. WEEKLY FEEDBACK SESSIONS

You will be required to fill in a feedback form every week, which allows me to not only track your fitness and dietary progress but also other lifestyle factors such as sleep quality, stress level, hormonal changes, mindset & day-to-day habits & behaviour. Furthermore, you will be also be required to update your weight, measurements, progress photos and any other requested data for accountability. Then we will use this information on our weekly 20 minute feedback call to analyse your progress and set new goals.

6. DAILY SUPPORT

7. DEMONSTRATION VIDEOS

To ensure your safety, minimise the risk of injuries; ultimately to make sure you’re performing exercises correctly, there will be demonstration and short tutorial videos for exercises appointed to you. For any exercises you need help with, there will be opportunity for analysis and coaching to ensure you're perfectly executing the exercises.

8. FACEBOOK COMMUNITY

You will have access to an exclusive group on facebook; a members-only community designed for those committed to personal growth, success, and taking meaningful action. ALL IN ONE APP

Once you have signed up, you will receive an invitation to download and join Kinetic Steps online personal training app. Everything you need for the programme can be accessed here, such as your workout plans, nutrition & habit tracking features as well as many other informative guides & materials. This user-friendly app can be accessed from all smart devices including your I-pad & Laptop.
