Online Coaching is very similar to face-to-face PT in many ways. Firstly, you are working with a professional who understands your needs and provides personalised service to help you achieve your health and fitness related goals.

One of the key differences is that Online Coaching allows you to be accountable as you will be carrying out the programme on your own. However, you will still receive maximum support at all times.

If you’re unsure of any exercises, you can either message me or upload a video for a thorough analysis. The biggest plus-point for Online Coaching is the level of support you get on a daily basis.

I’d recommend you to review over your budget for health and fitness before wanting to go ahead with the programme. However, do also consider how serious you are about achieving your goals.

In comparison to face to face PT, Online Coaching is substantially cheaper, but it really depends on what kind of support you’re looking for at end of the day.

Not necessarily. Whether you prefer training at the gym, home or outdoors, you are still able to carry out this programme because workout plans will be created based on equipment and facilities that are available to you. After all, this is a tailored programme that is meant to work for you.

To note: If you would like to workout at home, you may be recommended to purchase a small list of inexpensive resistance training equipment (these are not sponsorships) because incorporation of resistance training (with good nutrition) has shown better effectiveness when it comes to fat loss, building strength & muscles. Not to mention that it keeps your training more enjoyable.

Definitely not. One thing is for sure, a strict diet never works in the long run. The ethos of this coaching programme is based on a holistic approach for sustainable gains.

There will be series of nutrition-based goals for you to work towards gradually. The aim is to progressively improve your food choices, habits & behaviour that you can sustain over time.

I strongly believe this lands down to prioritising. And I want you to ask yourself where exactly you prioritise your health and fitness. Remember, this online programme is 100% tailored, meaning it is designed to work for YOU and around YOUR lifestyle. No matter how busy you may be, we will come up with a plan to make sure you get the best out of it but certain level of commitment is required.

Workout plans will be designed based on your overall fitness level. There will be a structured system in place to make sure that you’re working at an optimal level. For example, the number of reps, sets, tempo, rest, etc. will all be provided and determine the intensity of the workout. The only thing that is left is for you to follow the plan.

Yes, you can! I will never tell you to stop eating the foods you enjoy. However, you may be advised to minimise the intake, especially when it comes to food that may hinder your progress. My goal is to help you have a better understanding of your food choices and build better relationships with food.

No, not necessarily. We can always work our way around counting numbers, but for those that do need specific numbers, I can plan that out for you too. For counting calories and macros, Myfitnesspal app will be used, which can be integrated to my app. However, remember there is a lot more to sustainable weight loss than just counting calories and macros. It’s a lifestyle.

As someone who has gone through countless injuries in the past, I can reassure you how important training with correct technique is.

I will never incorporate any exercises I feel you’re not 100% ready to execute properly. When designing your training plan, I will take into consideration your training experience and capability. And if you really struggle with particular exercises, I can always incorporate alternatives that provide the same benefit. The possibilities are countless with thousands of exercises out there.

There will be demonstration videos for each exercise emphasising on the technique. Remember, practice is the key and sometimes it may take a few tries to get it right. You can also upload a video of yourself performing the exercise on the app for my analysis and feedback. Alternatively, you can also schedule a 1:1 personal training session with me in Farnborough, Hampshire.
