WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?

Online coaching is having a coach (me) who works with you virtually to help you achieve your goals; regardless of where you live in the world. 

There are 3 words I’d like to use to summarise online coaching, and these are Flexibility, Accountability & Affordability.

Flexibility– The whole programme works around YOU and YOUR lifestyle. You don’t have to go through the hassle of booking your sessions or appointments like you would with a personal trainer. You can follow the programme at your own convenience and from the comfort of your own set of facility, saving you so much time and energy.

Accountability– While you’re on this programme, you’re going to receive a great level of support to keep you on track; essentially to help you build healthy habits and behaviours over time that is needed to achieve your goals. If you have any questions or need help with anything, you coach is just a text away.

Affordability– Compared to hiring a one-to-one Personal Trainer or seeing Nutritionist in person, Online Coaching is significantly cheaper. It is twice as cheap than the average cost of my monthly PT sessions!
